I graduated from Chico State to pursue my career as a software sales professional in San Francisco.  I have been fortunate to have worked with great mentors along the way to refine my intra and interpersonal skills.  From the saying, "Take what you have learned and make it better" has driven me to carry this into my career as a business professional and a father.


I have worked for start-up companies of 70 employees strong and have grown with them to over 1,000 employees.  Having been through multiple IPO's and various acquisitions, I decided to take my career in a different direction and help guide individuals with my career advice and truthfulness in setting the right expectations for success. 

My experience in enterprise sales directly relates to both hiring managers and candidates. I work to ensure that both the candidate and employer are a good cultural fit and the measurements for success are well aligned.  My mission is to match high performing talented individuals within highly productive software organizations.
